Mia Lamm
Senior Instructional Designer
Mia Lamm is a Senior Instructional Designer at BSPH Center for Teaching and Learning and an Associate with the Department of Health, Policy, and Management. She provides pedagogical support, course design, and professional development education to The Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health and School of Medicine faculty. Mia acts as project manager, partnering with the CTL production team of instructional designers and technologists, web developers, audio and video producers, technical writers, and others, to coordinate workflow for lecture artifacts and educational materials. Mia has a background in information organization, information literacy, online pedagogy, and instructional technology. She holds an M.S. in Library and Information Studies and an M.S. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University. Mia's research areas of interest are engagement and collaborative learning in digitally-mediated environments.
